A lifelong Hoosier, Joseph DiSalvo was raised in Indiana and has built both his career and his family in the communities he serves. He is a proud husband and devoted father of three daughters, and while he is deeply committed to his work, his family will always be his greatest priority.
Joseph is an active member of his daughters' school board, coaches their youth sports teams, and enjoys spending time with his family and their two dogs. Coming from a large, close-knit family himself, he values integrity, hard work, and lasting relationships—principles that carry over into every client relationship and transaction.
TJ Brinker is an Investment Sales Broker at The DiSalvo Group, specializing in the sale and acquisition of office, medical office, industrial, and retail investment properties. Since beginning his commercial real estate career, TJ has been involved in nearly 200 investment sales transactions and has underwritten thousands of commercial real estate opportunities across a wide range of property types and investment strategies.

After graduating from Butler University with degrees in Finance and Marketing, TJ began his career in commercial real estate underwriting before transitioning into investment sales. His background in financial analysis and valuation enables him to provide clients with thoughtful, data-driven guidance throughout every stage of the transaction process.
Born in St. Joseph, Michigan, TJ moved to Indianapolis to attend college and has since made the city home. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, spending time with family and friends, and taking his two dogs on long walks.
Nick Morrison is an Associate Broker at The DiSalvo Group, specializing in investment sales and acquisitions across office, industrial, medical office, flex, and retail assets.
Nick brings a diverse background in real estate investment, capital markets, and transaction management. Prior to joining The DiSalvo Group, he worked in capital markets, focusing on raising private equity for multifamily real estate and advising clients on acquisition opportunities. He has also built and managed his own portfolio of single-family rental properties.
With experience on both the investment and brokerage sides of real estate, Nick understands the importance of identifying opportunities, evaluating potential returns, and helping clients navigate complex transactions. He is also actively involved in the community through various real estate and nonprofit organizations.
A lifelong Hoosier and graduate of Ball State University, Nick lives in Carmel with his wife and daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and DJing events throughout Indianapolis.
